I worked as a Product lead to conceptualize, develop, and maintain the SaaS platform by leading cross-functional teams in 3 countries, including cloud hosting, technical development, and go-to-market tactics.
This project contains complex auto-deployment features allowing to spin new platforms instantly.

I worked as a project manager and Sr. developer to develop and maintain the Alclasses SaaS platform by collecting business requirements and developing the use cases, wireframes, data models, and user journeys. I also led and participated in the actual development efforts. Large organizations like Noon have used Alclasses LMS.

Arla Complaint Management System was developed by WITS to facilitate the complaint collection and redemption collected from social media platforms as they manage Arla's community engagement.
I worked as a business analyst and technical lead to deliver a high-quality platform to collect, manage, and approve clients' complaints and generate various exportable reports that can be imported to Arla's internal systems.

Alvents is developed as a modular system, where seamless integration with Zoom is provided as a stand-alone product.
I worked as a Product lead to conceptualize, develop, and maintain the Zoom-Drupal integration to meet our client's expectations. Also, I formed strategic partnerships with Open Social to sell this product within their offerings in a shared revenue model.
This partnership is formed in 2019 and is still active and generated more than USD 500K of passive income.

Rocket.Chat is an open-source alternative to Slack that provides a real-time group chat with unlimited possibilities.
I worked as a technical lead and Sr. Developer to make advanced integration with Drupal 8/9/10 that works with Drupal groups system and specifically with Open Social distribution.
This project is released as an open-source project and sponsored by WITS and Think Modular.
